Not only is safety a concern, but often times its illegal and when possible, i seek out permission from the owner or local police. I simply go to document its history before it's gone forever and leave things the way I find them. I only take pictures and only leave footprints. I swear the two videos blended together so well I didn't even know it was two videos. I honestly thought someone had designed the area with a culvert waterfall and then immediately to the left another culvert. It wasn't until 8minutes in and it moved I realised something was up. So think of it this way. I with you about how workers do not do the work they are suppose to. It is in everyone work. Someone is lazy and only does what they need to get by. Yes, they should be fired (well some of them). If all the city workers did their job, you would not be able to have the fun that you have doing yours. Oh post idk if you ever found a good magnetic tripod yet, for the culvert ceilings to get good camera angle. But you could use a smaller lb fishing magnet and one those small flexible leg tripods. And stick the leg of the tripod through the metal looped end of the magnet and mold the tripod legs for the camera to get the best angle. It'd work on those cast iron culvert anyway. Just use easy magnet to pull off for convenience yaknow no hammering it off lol.
