Surprisingly, Corey was actually right about the pronunciation of Bow Shock, it's an astronomical term for the shockwave of charged particles in front of a meteor or star as it moves through space, named after its resemblance to the shockwave that forms in water at the bow of a ship. (In addition, a Bolide is the flash from a meteor exploding in the atmosphere, with particularly bright ones being classed as Superbolides)

Ah the Bow Shock thing. In Japanese it's バウショック - Baushokku. From that I'm inclined to believe that Corey is right here, and it's bow as in the bow of a ship, rather than the ranged weapon - if it were the latter, the katakana should read ボーショック. That, and a bow shock is a thing in astrophysics (hey, that's where some other GNB skill names come from too) and aerodynamics, and there the term draws specifically form the bow of a ship in naming. So yeah I guess Corey is the local Gunbreaker pronunciation expert.

Alcohol, depending on the type, can be *very* sticky. Practically any alcohol made with sugar or mixed drinks are sticky by default. Spirits aren't typically distilled with sugar but the reality is anything that *isn't water* tends to either be greasy or sticky if left to dry. Especially if the actual alcohol evaporates, leaving whatever syrupy substance is leftover on the surface.
