Ian Ardell in an old video he mentioned those guides are really time consuming, he plays the class/spec for atleast a full day to get a good feel of it then does a bunch of research and talking to people but he gets to them eventually

Throughout my wow career, i've been more of a nomad, where I start a new character on a new server each expansion, but keep in touch and some of the people i have met have even roamed with me. if you think DKP is bad, you've obviously never ran with: EPGP - Hipster DKP system where new players are given a balance of 0 and they basically can automatically win the first item but be put in debt, to pay off however much they bid on the first item until they have enough to start bidding again. GPGP - EVEN MORE HIPSTER DKP system, where if you want you can bid on items with gold instead of negative points. Suicide Kings - Need>Greed, Rather than rolling for it yourself, you use a dice app that keeps track of who won, winners cannot win twice in a row Reverse Suicide Kings - same as last system, however low rolls win, and if you bid a roll and win, you can't roll again for the night, unless an item goes past the "need" stage Loot Council - "New item drop?, Are you GM or long-term officer? Too bad, no loot for you" And of course, Round Robin - Honestly one of the more fair systems ran with, basically for the groups that are comfortable with their members, raiders post their current item, biggest upgrade gets the item. Can be troublesome for people who demand their alts get geared, but overall just a system for people who already have the raid on farm and never got a piece or two of gear they wanted

hydraulixx I say this as a former officer of a certain guild that had been around since vanilla and that's what the officer chat would be filled with "Hey, I could really use "x item" to perform better, and since the other guy is new, he might take off after he gets something that strong, so give it to me this week and we'll give it to him next time it drops" and we cleared 6/7 M HM before BRF was released.. So.. Not sure what you're defining a "good Loot Council"

Gone through some drama time vids and this is one of the worst you did. The story is just inbetween one side-discussion after another. The banter is on a fairly insultive level too... The jokes about the wife - even if yiu guys get its just shit talk, I can tell you so many people learn from it and start actually treating their girls as shit due to this sort of low-hate humor... Sorry but this old D.T sort of talk was bad and I never see it return... I expect higher quality humor.
