This is what happens when people let shit boil yo - Honesty isn't always kind, but it's fucking fair - and with honest people, you know where they stand. Just have the balls to be honest. Be it constructively and not in a demeaning way to hurt others, but be honest. If I can figure that out, then it shouldn't be such a fucking rocket science to others. Edit: this aint on the author though - he just entered into a shit relationship late. The guild was already falling apart by the time he entered the picture. And if the dude with so many issues had a real leader in him, he should've been the one to raise the complaints. Make a stand for the betterment of your gang and if a target has to be made, it should be the head of the operation.
