You should look into the “little pebble Nowra cult” in Australia. I live about 5 minutes away from the cult, and have camped a few hundred metres away from it twice unknowingly. I just left what I would describe as a cult, it was an assisted living home for people with autism, well they kicked me out because I didn’t like how they didn’t respect my boundaries, after another person there did something illegal to me. The staff there think they are saviours, if they don’t involve police when the adults with autism do something illegal. I was stalked, another girl was raped and they didn’t involve the police, but threatened us with calling the police on us for speaking out about how horrible this place was.

Hey Ben! My Drama was last year. So my first year in middle school, I became friends with this girl. We will call her Amy. When I started hanging out with Amy she seemed nice but at the end of the year she started hanging out with this girl we will call her Elliot. I thought that Elliot was a bad influence on her because she would always threaten to fight other kids. So I told Amy that shes a bad influence and she got so mad! After that whenever I try to talk to Amy she insults me and says, “This is why I like Elliot better than you.” On the last day of school, her and Elliot kept slapping me and pulling my hair for no reason. Im non-binary and I was talking about how trans rights are being taken away in America rn (this all happened on a discord server btw) and then she a few other people started being very transphobic (along with a couple other things) and then they started saying stuff like “why is there a women’s history month but not men’s” and also stuff like “why is there only a black history month what about Mexican” my “friend” and lastly “there are only two genders” she wasn’t saying this but she was seemingly agreeing with it. She did apologize along with the other people another thing that happened so I had a crush on someone and I confessed (I didn’t except them to have them back for me I just want to tell them since I was friends them) and when I had confessed apparently they were on call with the friend and the friend wanted to fake a relationship so another person would no longer like them and the person I confessed to said they like the friend (they didn’t just for the fake relationship) which for me honestly hurt and when I found out the reason it was fake I was even more hurt cause faking a relationship so someone will stop liking you is fucked up in my opinion so I really dont want to talk to this girl when school starts again but like how do I make it clear that I dont wanna be friends should I send ‘em a text saying “I dont wanna be friends” or just act coldly towards ‘em and hang out with other people and hope they get the message. And also Ben I love your podcast its 10/10

Omg the way there’s a yellow deli close to where I live that I used to go to when I was much younger and I’d have the most insane experiences. I’d go all the time because their pie was good af. The workers would talk about current events as spectators and not as like people that live in the same state as us ex: “their president said xyz” stuff like that also many many instances of staff getting triggered by things that would cause them to hyperventilate when I say triggered I mean they’d see things that remind them of their life before joining the cult and they’d start panicking and have to be taken away. Small rant about that but very crazy local cult that’s actually everywhere.

My drama : so basically i got my classes for high school and i legit have no classes with any of my friends and the only thing that got me through middle school were my friends.. btw ly ben ur awesome!!

here's some drama for you ben: so at the beginning of the grade i was in last year, i was transferring schools and only had one friend at my new school (we'll call her V). at the beginning of the year everything was great and we were hanging out every day after school (she was on my bus too). so she started to bounce around random friend groups and every time i would feel left out and no one really liked me. eventually there was this one group that she joined and i started to make friends in that group. right after christmas i was let know by my now best friend that V was talking trash and calling me clingy and annoying to everyone in the group. all of the people in the group were on my side and i started sitting with them at lunch instead of V. V got mad and told everyone that i stole all her friends and i honestly felt bad because she had no one to turn to. after a few months she found a few friends which was good. unfortunately me and V had this one friend in common, G. G was a really good friend to me but i also felt a little weird considering G was very close with V. one day G texts me and says that V wants to be friends again. i soon got a text from V that was an apology. what should i do?
