@@J0Y22 AIIMS used to conduct it's own entrance test. He might have not got within top 50 that time. There are a lot of instances of neet toppers not making into AIIMS. EG) NEET 2019 topper Nalin K got 73 rank in AIIMS NEET 2018 topper Kalpana K. NEET 2017 topper Navdeep Singh Examples of AIIMS toppers get 3 digit rank in NEET. AIR 1 AIIMS 2018 Eliza Bansal got 163 rank in NEET. AIR 4 NEET 2019 Chetanya Mittal got 261 in NEET. But since NEET 2020 we don't have the luxury ki ek exam kharab gaya then you have a second chance. NEET is THE ONLY exam that will decides your future.
