This is sooo helpful for me!! So I am a lecturer and I have had several bad experiences with my students copying from ChatGPT, so I would have NEVER thought to touch it for my own research. You can use it to paraphrase and then re-edit that yourself. The content generated by AI should never be a final draft.

I wouldn’t use it in that way - content generated should still be originally written by you and then use AI to enhance or structure it better.
