Hi Joe! Just subscribed to your channel! Love this home a lot! I live in Connecticut & couldn’t afford it anyways. The only things I would need different is wish it had more of an outside yard space even though the location & views are stunning! And secondly the primary closet space is really not great for the size home & over $2 million. I definitely need a huge closet space no matter what price I could afford & definitely one thing I can’t compromise on & a very nice pantry. I also don’t believe in judging or criticizing anyone about things ever especially online. I only want to suggest one small thing to your videos…. Again not judging or criticizing you whatsoever….maybe just walk into the homes & keep walking,go with the floor plan layout & flow of the home not just zoom in on areas or a lot of jump cuts parts. Just keep it flowing,your talking is 1000% fine just keep the tour layout more flowing instead of jump cuts. I work for a realtor part time and film 🎥 homes for her,too & it took me awhile to get it to flow good with the layouts. I don’t talk in them though because I sound like Tweety bird & don’t like my voice at all 😅 Again love your channel,tours & the homes…Keep it up! 😊

Everyone has their non-negotiables, and a huge closet and pantry are definitely key for a lot of people, especially in a home like this. I also really value your suggestion about the video flow. LVP in a 2.6M home? Insane! And modern can be stunning or ut can be overly simple which fizzles out to look nothing short of cheap. This is the least attractive home Ive ever seen you promote to sell. Sorry but the last video I watched for the same cost was BREATHTAKING with a 6 acre lot and EVERY detail was well thought out and addressed in a coordinated fashion that literally oozed quality and style.
