The ETB's will be put up by the 21st, or whenever the Excel Vendor stocks Target. The Black Friday promo don't start until Sunday the 24th. Make sure you check the stores for the display, and hide the ETB's you want to purchase. Come back on the 24th and buy them. Or u can just chance it and wait till the 24th. But please don't complain if you miss out.

I buy Pokemon cards to open for fun and the enjoyment of the cards and Pokemon, moneys not going to magically fall out of the packs.
