@@drarunkarthik Doctor, two hours after meals my sugar level 200 - 220.. After 3 hours it will come down to 160. After 4 - 5 hours it will come down to 80 or 77. So i have sugar fluctuation. If i am doing resistance exercise, further my sugar level goes down. I have now peripheral neuropathy symptoms as well Alpha lipoic acid, quercetin, b12, neurobion tablets taking for past 2 months, but still symptoms continues. My cholesterol level is normal after taking statin tablets. My age 44. Pls advise doctor.
