Great video with one of my favourite subjects; lighthouses. I must say that I enjoy the format of your teaching videos. The light music and written description is so much better than an otherwise talented artist jabbering away trying to fill all the time with audio. That often is annoying and distracts from watching and learning. You have the right recipe for teaching.

I started reading the comments not realizing how many there are! Just about everything that can be said has been. But, I'll say it again! I love the painting. And I love your style of teaching. I've been struggling along with acrylics, but watching you has rekindled my desire to try watercolor again. Hi Peter, The reference photo looked very familiar, and indeed it is in Southampton. I spent a few days there this summer and did a watercolour of this lighthouse and the Chantry island one.
