my grandpa died 7 days after I got married from cancer. i regret not going to his house to see him after the ceremony because he couldnt make it. I was being so selfish and didn't want to because it hurt. not once did I think that maybe I was hurting my grandpa . sorry for your losses. p.s. I love the story of you and your br.

I too suffer from vitiligo, my doctor diagnosed me when I was five. Although it was fully visible, down my arms legs my family always understood me. Well I'm 24 now and I don't really care anymore, but still, vitiligo has been a massive part of my life. I once had a friend who told everyone about it and soon lots of people were teasing me. I eventually recovered from all the hat but it's still wonderful to see someone who finally understands how it feels.

Nick Domo I'm lucky most of mine is hidden, but it makes it awkward when it comes time to bare skin, like when swimming, or wearing summer clothes because people don't know I have it, so it surprises them. For that reason I don't know if I will ever get used to it.

Baylee Jae I usually wear long sleeve shirts, but swimming has always been awkward for me too. When I was five and I found out what those annoying little dots on my foot were it was just really small and I thought they were blisters from running to much in bad shoes :\. It's spread alot over years, but I don't think it'll ever (happily) reach my face.

Wow, this video is incredible....you're such a great artist and you have a beautiful story. I can relate to you on so many different subjects. I cried from hearing about your Grandma. I'm really sorry and I know how you feel. My Grandma had Cancer as well and she died in 2013. She was my absolute favorite Grandma and we even shared the same birthday. Now I feel like I don't have anybody to share my special day with. Anyway, enough with my background 😂 I would like to be a Vet or a Marine Biologist, but I love to draw and be crafty. I think hearing your story has helped me make a decision on what I really want to do. I'm really glad I found your KZbin Channel. Yeah, my gramma died of breast cancer. She had Alzheimer's and was 76 years old. One of my favorite memories was when she was dying I would sing to her, and tears would fill her eyes and she would smile. The last thing she said to me was, "I love you," She died a year ago, and I am still tearing up writing this comment.

OMG! I feel i can relate to this, since i have vitiligo also. i got it when i was 5, and kids teased me and called me a cow. i did'nt really care at the time being, but it affected my life later. i felt like i was different than others, thinking i was the only 1. i'm happy to find that i'm not alone :)

My childhood, is almost exactly like yours. Except, I'm still in it. Still 10 :( I cry at night time, thinking about the future. I have two disorders, Misaphonia and OCD. People question me crying in class, because when I get a annoyed, I cry. I can't scream in class, and I can't control myself. I have hardly any friends anymore because I moved. Life stinks :(

I love your videos! Stay strong regarding your Vitiligo! My dad had it pretty intensely and he was always so self conscience of it, but as a third party who loved him I couldn't understand it. I always thought it was part of what made him, him. I know I can't possibly understand what it's like to have it yourself, but I can tell you that for those who love you, it becomes one of the thousands of reasons they love you. Keep doing amazing work!!!

I have a gash next to my left eye my little brother got mad at my mom and the middle seatbelt buckle was open and he threw it at me I bled like crazy thank god we were right by the window in the drive-thru lane worst part is I had to go to school the next day with a gash in my head with everybody asking "how did that happen"

OK 2 things my dad has diabetes and he sees the ads for the medicine he takes on TV which must be really funny \awkward \weird also I have ADD or ADHD. everyone at my school thinks they have it to. which is really annoying especially when you know they don't have it and if it's your friend. sometimes I can't go asleep because my thoughts are racing. don't worry if people think your on drugs because one time when I was 5 someone came into my house and stole my medicine for ADD. one cop had to come to my house and he as a big booming voice and a gun in his belt. the whole time I thought he was gonna kill me

I have a quick question. Can vitiligo make your skin have dark spots? I just started getting some large dark areas covering my last tree fingers and a bit of my left hand, and an area on my thumb which is darker as well. I have no idea what it is, and it's kinda freaking me out a little bit.

I googled it (not the most official source I know!) and I can't find anywhere that says it can make skin not light but dark, honestly it could be any one of a variety of harmless things like not getting enough of a vitamin or something. I recommend making an appointment with your doctor just for the peace of mind, they are the professionals and will be able to explain it instantly. Good luck to you!

My granny passed away last year 10 days after my birthday. She was the only grandparent I knew and I felt so close to her. When my dad texted me about her passing away in Hospice, I felt like I couldn't move for 5 minutes. I felt like the whole earth just stood still. I cried so much and through the whole funeral. I gave up on art for more than 3 months because my granny loved my artwork. She supported me through it. I was too devastated to continue drawing because I would cry as soon I would pick up the pencil until 4 months later after I had calmed down and felt comforted enough to draw again. I still cry about her sometimes. But I know that God will call me home when my time comes to leave the earth and I will be reunited with my Granny again.

Hiii I am 19 years old and in my second year at pre-veterinary school. I also had no idea what kind of study to do. I moved a lot, I liked a lot of things such as animals, medical stuff, manga, drawing, People said I had potential for drawing, and that I should develop it at a school. It seemd very unrealistic for me so choose not to. A few days ago I subscribed to your chanel. I got more serious about drawing. I even bought my first copics lol. Hearing that you made it on art school from pre-veterinary gave me the idea to finish my school, and also try to do the art if I veterinary won't work for me. I am just 19 anyways hehe

When you lost your grandma it made me cry. I've been without my grandma for a little over a year now. I was very close to my grandma so I feel your sadness. I had just gotten a new job the day she passed away. I never got to share the news with her. Also I got engaged later that year and moved out on my own. I'm heartbroken that she didn't get to see any of that or be there for my wedding. I was her only grandchild so this makes it rough for me.

my first dog that my parents got when they were still married was named Maddy too, sadly three years ago we had to have her put down because she was 17 and it was getting hard for her to move around and she wasn't very healthy so we had her at the vet a lot, my mom and dad decided that it was what was best for her. it was really difficult to get through cause I was still only 13 and she had been with me my entire life but I know it was what was best for her, I just really wish dogs could live longer because they deserve it.
