Hey! I get that this was a year ago, but I'm a beginner artist-youtuber! I plan to start recording but I have the same issue, i'm extremely anxious/ introverted and have trouble focusing on talking any drawing. I have trouble keeping connections (As you mentioned in the video), even with people I care about so It reassured me to hear someone else mention it!! I love not put together videos where people just ramble over their art, where what they're talking about isn't even all on topic or put together. So this is really reassuring!! I just found your channel while I am crocheting for the first time and needed something to listen to. But, I'll be drawing w you in the future, this was really comforting!! Without being parasocial, thank you!! This way really cool and made crocheting and my fingers hurting worth it :D You Did really good and I love your artstyle

Im also in central and most of my art supplies are in my garage so its hella hot so I feel ya😭. This is very fun drawing along with ya. Since traving alot by public transport, wanting to work woth the libraries and coffee shop by making stickers for them sounds so fun! Especially when being in school.

I use an old canon DSLR too and honestly, whilst the photographs are great, I’m really not sure the video quality is better than a new phone 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️

I think I might have just been using the wrong settings on my DSLR, however my iPhone is able to shoot in 4k and my camera doesn’t have that lol

These videos are really fun! This question is gonna be kinda long but bear with me lol. Basically I haven’t drawn in a while because I feel like I have to get to a certain level of the fundamentals before i draw more interesting stuff but i need to draw interesting stuff to get to that level. kind of a chekhov’s gun lol. basically just how do i start caring less about my current skill level so that i can create without overthinking? idk if that made sense at all but either way have a great week!

you can do 50-50 of both? like if you're drawing for an hour do practice stuff for half an hour and then the fun stuff for the rest. it can also be 80-20 or 60-40 etc.
