Suggestion: I've become obsessed with medieval artist's depictions of animals that they've never seen. They're all comedy gold. It's the original Drawfee challenge! I think you guys should draw cooler versions of these depictions without knowing what animal they were trying to draw. Yeah cause they have 8 limbs instead of the crab standard of 10. And @iPyromantic Horseshoe crabs have actually existed since the end of the dinosaurs and have changed little to none. They’re the peak. Everyone becomes crab but the horseshoe crab. Correction: I was wrong about the legs, they do have those standard 10. However, they have far too many eyes. 4 eyes atop and under the shell alone, plus sensors that act like eyes along the tail. So yes. Weird bug thing isn’t truly crab and never will be.

Fun fact, Jacob: Horseshoe crabs are actually chelicerates! They're Xiphosurans in the subphylum _Chelicerata._ So they're sort of like sea spiders (sea scorpions are already a thing otherwise I'd make that comparison since scorpions and horseshoe crabs have more similar mouth parts than either and spiders). Crabs are malacostracans of the subphylum _Crustacea._
