So, my artistic interpretation of the goofy piece is that it represents how Disney's money-grubbing and cutthroat business practices have warped their once beloved characters into soulless monstrosities, and this is shown in the wretched and frankly terrifying form that goofy has taken on, but the text points to this as well because while the shell of goofy still appears to be him, it does not have his heart and in that way goofy is not there anymore but many people are seeing him there

Julia's really good at like, manipulating lines. She takes ordinary line work and then uses just a little bit of Photoshop trickery to draw them out and make them fall right into the uncanny valley without hardly trying.

Karina's rotating idea gave me an idea of my own for this one - keep telling them to stop and make a new layer every 15s or so. Then, when they've drawn most of the character, tell them to rotate each layer by a different amount. Probably only like 10 degrees out each time but just watch as the character's features sliiiiiide out of place with each other. (Also, this episode was incredible. I might set that Goofy as my desktop background for the whole of Spooky Month.)
