Wow this is amazing. It took six hours and it isnt even coloured or lined. I'm guessing with the additoin of those it probably takes around two entire days just to make one page. Huge respect for comic drawers.

He spends a lot of the time reading comments, talking and responding. He would have finished this a lot faster.

I don't know if you even read the comments or if some one gives you feed back on what is being said, but I can't thank you enough for this. If I would have had this as a teen in 1992, maybe I would have perused my dream to create comics a little more tenaciously. Truly inspirational!

Well, nothing stopping you from drawing for fun or even making a comic strip for fun. Even if it's intentionally bad.

Thank you so much for sharing your time and expertise, so generous. I love that your process happens on the page - the work carries so much energy. I think light boxing can render work inert (not in all cases of course). Your process feels more like painting (my discipline), wherein a lot of thinking/ revising takes place on the page; almost a palimpsest.

I've been a big fan of your work since your days at marvel (I'm not a rarity I'm sure), and I wanted to express how awesome it is for fans like me that not only are you willing to share your artistic process with us, but more importantly you've been able to consistently make time for streaming with what must be a very busy life and work schedule. I feel like I've gotten to know you a bit since I started watching the channel; you are a gentleman and a scholar sir, thanks for all the cool tips and insight. Not only a great artist (one might say legendary), but a super nice guy with a lot of great things to share. Thank you for your vision, here's to future stories yet untold- Jack Ziebold

Lessons from arguably the greatest comic artist of all time. Wow. Who better to teach comic book art. Breakdowns are the hard part. I would pay over half just for breakdowns. Even if the Breakdowns are bad they still help because I'd feel so much better and confident and I'd get it done much faster.
