A cactus cat funnily enough already exists as a cryptid in folktales of the American Southwest. According to Wikipedia: "The cactus cat was generally described being a bobcat-like creature, covered in hair-like thorns, with particularly long spines extending from the legs and its armored, branching tail. The creature was said to use its spines to slash cacti at night, allowing juice to run from the plants. On later nights, the creature was said to return to drink the now fermented juice."

Ah!! as a type 1 diabetic, I understand the struggle with poptarts, they're just way too sugary!! I don't eat them often, but when I do I give myself a half bolus of insulin before I eat and then I give myself the other half either while I'm eating or right after. It usually helps keep the blood sugar from skyrocketing into the stratosphere.

I totally understand about the pop tart rule. Growing up as a type 1 diabetic I wasn’t allowed to eat poptarts, cereal, anything that was sugar plus grains because the sugar brings you up quickly and the grains slowly break down adding in more sugar. Gets you up quick and makes it hard to come back down.

I have been a fan for quite some time but I believe that two eyes on one side of the face is not particularly engaging and kinda lazy. Hey! Hi Kasey! So I tried the potato face with the eyes on both sides of the head and you are right, it was SOOOOOO cute and fun to draw! You really helped me improve my art style with some little things that ya put into your art!
