The reason Koichi didn't play a bigger role in part 5 is because not only did he pretty much immediately leave to tell Jotaro about what happened in person, but the part itself takes place over the course of just about a week.

Jotaro was already suspecting something fishy was going on, that's why he told Koichi to tell him in person and not over the phone. He never heard back from Polnereff so he was being cautious.

So, the stone ocean video was supposed to be out in March, but she unfortunately wasn’t able to get it out in time. She’s confirmed that it’s gonna be the next video uploaded on the channel. It’s pretty safe to assume that it’ll be done by the end of the year. Also, for future note, don’t be afraid to pause the video if you have something you want to say. I watch reaction videos for reactions, but I couldn’t hear what you had to say because the video was playing over it.

16:50 i mean, im sure you already know that Araki's plans for Fugo were supposed to be different. Fugo wasnt just supposed to chicken out, but he was supposed to be Diavolo's spy within the Gang. Araki said that he changed his mind because he was going through serious shit in his personal life and didnt want to think about how Bucciaratti would feel when he found Fugo was in the gang all this time just in case the Boss wanted Buciaratti's gang dead. Araki didnt say anything else beside that, but I think Cioccolatta is the replacement for Traitor Fugo. The moss stand is actually kind of similar to how Purple Haze works. So instead of fighting Cioccolatta and Secco, Mista, Giorno and Bucciaratti would have fought Fugo instead, like the Backstabbing Judas he is, and probably having to kill him too, in order to save as many citizens as possible. But hey, at least chickening out its slightly less fucked up than all that.

5:00 I mean, every Jojo friend behaves like a psychopathic serial killer until they join the team I think the only ones who appeared mostly normal were actually Koichi, and Tonio from part 4, and Mista and Narancia from part 5, and Hermes and Emporio from part 6. Everyone else has acted like a toal weirdo, or fought the MC, or tried to kill the MC or threatened to kill the MC at some point.
