I think I may have gotten it all, but if I didn't charge it to my heart. Iron deficiency is the Number 1 health issue in the world Leads to dysfunction and Disease in the body Anemia occurs when there aren't enough healthy red blood cells to carry oxygen to your body's organs. As a result, it's common to feel cold and symptoms of tiredness or weakness. Why is Iron so important: - It makes hemoglobin - - hemoglobin is what makes blood red - - convey oxygen to the tissues/cells - - - tissue/cells break down without oxygen - body cannot heal properly - - key component to healing - - reason why people get sick a lot - key to hormonal balance - key to having energy - prevents fatigue/tiredness - thinning of the hair or losing of the hair - - lose hair when combing or brushing - prevent twitching of the muscles - - Leg cannot stay still (restless leg syndrome) - Dizziness/liteheadedness/faint - Shortness of breath Major Causes of LOW Iron ANEMIA: 1. - Excessive Bleeding/heavy menstrual cycle - - long menstrual cycle - - - when loosing a lot of blood you loose a lot of iron 2. - high estrogen levels (Hormonal Imbalance) - - - high estrogen levels cause (Mood swings, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, Decreased sex drive, headaches, - - - painful periods, dense breast tissue, fibroids, polyps, polycystic ovary syndrome, and increased endometriosis pain) 3. - Low stomach acid (used to break down food) 4. - Sugar (Sweet tooth) 5. - Antibiotics - - Some Antibiotics will deplete you of iron 6. Parasites and Yeast - - parasites and yeast that get in your body love sugar - - - They hijack your taste buds and cause you to grave Sugar even more - - Steals Iron in your body 7. - Chronic Inflammation - - knee, lower back, gut (irritable bile syndrone), eye (glaucoma), brain (depression or dementia) Natural Solution: 1. Iron Sulfate (Get from plants: natural sources of iron) - - Herbal Iron (Herbal Supplement) drbobbyprice.com/products/herbal-iron - - - Burdock, Yellow Dock, dandelion roots, quassia wood, perilla

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I had low iron before my hysterectomy earlier this year. I had a serious problem with eating ice all day long to the point I got on my kids nerves. I learned last year I had a tumor on my uterus which lead to the hysterectomy earlier this year. The doctors had to give me iron an infusion because it got so low. After the iron infusion and the hysterectomy, I longer craved ice. If only I had known previously that iron was such an important mineral of the body maybe I would have taken it more seriously.

I have been anemic for years because I wasn't taking my iron supplement as prescribed. My iron was so low at one point that my medical provider said she doesn't even know how I get out of bed each morning. It has never affected my physical health BUT I had thick full hair as a child. I have noticed it isn't as full as it used to be. It is vain (I won't lie) but my hair not being full is a catalyst for me getting my iron levels up. I am on a plant-based diet so I need to focus on natural foods that boost iron. This video was right on time.

Hi. The highest plant sources of iron are things like leafy greens, legumes (chickpeas, lentils, beans) certain nuts and seeds, especially pumpkin and cashews (ideally not roasted), dark chocolate in moderation, tofu (edamame, tempeh) fortified plant milks. Lots of whole plant foods contain iron, and though it is less available for absorption, and in lower concentrations than animal foods, our bodies can regulate the amount of plant iron (non-heme) better than it can animal iron (heme iron). Some important tips. Coffee can reduce the amount of iron our bodies can absorb. So, if you drink coffee, i would consume it at a different time then your meals. Also, vitamin C rich foods (fruits and veggies) can greatly help your body absorb more iron. I don't personally eat meat, but for some people a small portion of meat occasionally can help with many things. Especially if you are deficient or recovering from something more severe. I know it may seem complicated, but it's essentially about diversity in the plants we eat, trying to tune into our body's intelligences, finding ways to not feel too stressed about food, or about life, especially when we are nourishing ourselves. I hope that some of this helps, and i apologize if this feels like unsolicited advice. Peace and love.

My daughter's whole body was covered in hives, and none of the emergency doctors agreed that it was because of the excess iron, instead a Dr Jamnadas lookalike doc asked to give Benadryl . Dr. Price, what can be taken to combat chronic inflammation?
@NicInNYC7 ай бұрын
My iron dropped and my platelets shot up. I was chronically fatigued and breaking into hives. I cut out all dairy and my iron absorption increased significantly.

Good to hear. I like the way you break this down.

My mom used to go to Illinois , then get dirt in her bag. I started after I was pregnant 🤰 . I used to dig in my grandma yard she would tell me something is going on . I had to tell her I'm pregnant again, lol .I never swallow that dirt , I only pit it out. I only liked then crushed the dirt thin drank then pit then shewed toothpaste. I always had toothpaste lol

I also noticed when when I take my iron my nails grow faster and stronger! It’s so weird to me because growing up my nails were also weak and grew slow. They told me it was a lack of calcium ! Smh

I really enjoy your videos and information. I want to try the products but I am always hesitant when a product has no money back guarantee or non refundable. No you can not guarantee what will work for anyone but you should believe in your own products enough that they would not be non refundable. So it is at my own risk.
