There are diplomatic consultations behind the scenes to try and ensure the de-escalation of tension between South Africa and Rwanda.
This comes after Rwandan President, Paul Kagame issued a hard-hitting statement in response to Pretoria's explanation on what happened in the eastern DRC, where the SANDF lost 13 members.
