1. Turn off notifications of almost all unnecessary apps 2. Keep the phone in a box to improve your family time. Friday night to Monday morning 3. Stop alcohol 4. Pursue your hobby 5. Unplug sometimes from all kind of stimulus 6. Sleep doesn't mean your brain is not processing anything. It could be the case where you are sleep but your brain is still struggling with stress you created on it 7. Meditation and affirmation in the morning to produce a defender state so that you can handle the day

Thank you both for a fantastic presentation! You're 2 of my favorite physicians. ❤️ Thankfully Functional and Lifestyle Medicine are finally becoming more accepted among the mainstream. Hopefully nutrition and lifestyle choices will eventually become a fundamental part of every medical school curriculum.

Downtime is crucial and employers need to embrace flexible work arrangements. Coffee increases productivity, but at a price if you guzzle it to keep up overworking.

Hi Garner, I'm pretty sure the only way you could speak to the Dr is through contacting his office....but you could look up on the internet and find out about your conditions, there may be info on KZbin as well, might need to do a bit of searching online, good luck Garner, stay strong and just keep looking for answers.

Another ingredient for health is 'grounding' Which is touching the earth with our bare feet or at least petting your pet whom is 'grounded', not on concrete x

I'm not sure, but I imagine swimming in the ocean, river, lakes etc. might actually be 'grounding' as well x

I agree it's just his number one and it starts out in all of our lives as a natural progression from capitalism. We all have to earn an income and what is more important to corporate then it's workers? Profits of course. So as we bear children, we are forced to put them in daycare... And that separation never gets healed.

I first thought when he said that is his son didn't have a temperature, that he had died. Then I realized the dad meant the baby didn't have a fever and was talking about febrile seizures.

Would be best to consult a dermatologist. Also Dr Dray has some KZbin videos on eczema. Cotton sheets & clothes, careful to use sensitive washing detergents. Some children’s eczema is improved by cutting out dairy but not for all 🙏🏻
