7 Meniscus Posterior Horn Lesions on MRI

UPDATE: first case is a HORIZONTAL TEAR😖, not longitudinal (it was late at night...). Thanks to my Patron Roohi for letting me know!! (i will not replace the video, i cannot update it, i would have to upload a new version with new link etc.)
Learn 7 different pathologies of the posterior horn of the menisci in this weeks video. I show you meniscus degeneration (root degeneration), root avulsions, posterior horn tears (radial and parrot beak tears), meniscus ossicles, the ghost meniscus, the ramp lesion, the zip sign (or also know as wrisberg rip) and a pitfall at the end.

I feel case no.1 is horizontal tear rather than longitudinal tear!

Hello! Thank you so much for this video! Very informative because I recently got news of a meniscus tear. It says I have oblique posterior horn tear of the medial meniscus. How do I know if It’s in the red or white zone in terms of healing on its own without surgery?

Hi dr Agren! Have you ever seen anny normal meniscus ( non-discoid), without posterior root ( no history of trauma) and connected only by the Wrisberg ligament?
