Swing Dance Connection: 3 Levels of Rock Step

Rock step is such a basic step, that most instructors teach it in the first few weeks, without much detail and then don't return to it . Over time you do develop many of the movements shown in this video. However having such a detailed explanation, surely helps develop it faster and more accurately. As a beginner dancer, I am particularly fond of being conscious of the precise body movements, while practicing each step. The exercises shown are just icing on the cake. Thank you for such an amazing video!
