Hmmm feeling calm, collected and secure in your body help to reduce anxiety and depression. We hope that with each treatment patients develop strength and confidence within themselves to live empowered through movement. Emotional and chemical imbalances are also precursors to anxiety and depression. Mindfulness, feeling content, gratefulness, accomplished, and general positive disposition are so necessary to develop for oneself.
