Pain management is a difficult field. It's good to take recommendations with eyes open and ask questions. Chropractic, meanwhile, is shown in repeated reputable studies to not outperform placebos. So one field is basically tricky but science based, the other is not science based and not effective at all. As a medical client, it's always good to take an active role in your health and make sure you understand what's being suggested, and get second opinions when you feel like what you're getting isn't right for you, but it's also important to recognize that some fields have nothing to offer. If this isn't very clear, then consider: this guy is offering purported expertise in the following areas. Chirorpactic, a discipline made up by a guy who previously claimed to heal people with magnets; gua sha, a traditional chinese medicine technique; and cupping a different traditional chinese medicine technique. The latter two are based on theories of the non-existence life force chi/qi. Even if we beleived all these things worked, he's basically implying he's a doctor of three unrelated fields. Would you expect a doctor helping you with your cancer to also be looking at the details of your urinary tract infection and also be choose a course of treatment for a bone fracture? People who work in "alternate" medicines collect so many because they don't really have to know what they're doing because there's no formalized training system that ensures that what they do works.

Brooooo… this is so bad !! Posture is terrible !! Our spines are not meant to be straight and holding up in upright position. Muscle contracting only last about 60 seconds if anything longer than this contract begins to build lactic acid which will cause pain…. Monkey see monkey do
