Dr. Geier, I am getting into the world of sales of peptides, exosomes, and Nano PRP from Wharton's Jelly. Is one better than the other for inflammation and or arthritis? I just heard you mention using BPC 157 in combo with Exosomes. My boyfriend who is the distributor of the products is looking into peptides (BPC 157) for his back pain, but he hasn't mentioned trying the exosome therapy. I would love your thoughts on both individually and used in conjunction together... I should also mention that our peptides are manufactured in a U.S.-based, GMP facilities. Comprehensive documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), molecule concentration charts, and manufacturing sources, is readily available for transparency and peace of mind. Those things are interesting, it's time find a way to reverse damaged parts of the body instead of just make surgerys or pills for a half decent result

I would love to chat with you. I am in terrible pain (Rt knee after 2 surgeries for meniscus tears and then another one done last Fall to clean up arthritic debris from knee joint. The clean up surgery actually made things much worse; so bad that now I have to take pain pills just to function at all. I also was diagnosed with torn rotator cuff in my Rt arm, and that is getting so painful that it is excruciatingly painful just to type or do other simple movement like cooking or reaching for something or even driving. It is so bad, I have even considered suicide. I cannot continue to live like this. I have no life at all due to the pain. If you can help in any way or refer me to someone locally I would be very grateful, I am in Arizona.

Do exisomes get stuck in the lungs as they say 95% of IV stem cells end up in the lungs.
