Hi ,it was very eye opening and informative video.your effort was also very good.i have query regarding meditation.i am a medical doctor myself and I know meditation is just a parasympathetic overdrive. I am from India 🇮🇳 we have many indigenous practices and yoga practices which claim that they can help people in their transformation. Are these really true or we just give ourselves a shot of serenity or a false belief? Please guide

Hi Rahul. If you meditate, I'd suggest that you keep practicing. My issue with meditation has simply been that it's not enough by itself. However, it is very beneficial. Particularly silent meditation (in which you release all effort or trying to accomplish anything). There are around 10 tools I've come by that are beneficial for developing greater self-awareness and peace of mind. I'll talk about them over time hopefully. But meditation is certainly one in my opinion.
