As a second year Chiropractic student at Sherman, this video is so refreshing to see. I love your explanations and how easy they’re to understand. Thank you so much for opening my eyes to another prospective of Chiropractic care.

I feel like there needs to be reforms in the accreditation process of chiropractors such that more of them are required to be like doctor Russ, a combination of physical therapist and massage therapist with musculo-skeletal/nerve/lymph focus. Most chiropractors I have been to have been totally unwilling to spend this kind of time with patients and would rather charge $50-$75 for a five minute attempt to break my neck. The only one who was anywhere near this careful was a former MD who had branched into chiropractic because it was less stressful!

Hey Dr Russ! Another fantastic video. I noticed on this and the last abdominal massage video theres a strange distortion happening. it’s pretty noticeable with any louder speaking voice moments. Just wanted to let you know, unsure as to the culprit

Very nice. I notice that my omohyoid and sternohyoid muscles are often tense, which curiously hampers my voice. When I grab those muscles by hand and squeeze them, which relaxes them a little bit, my voice deepens.. Are you maybe avare of possible reasons for this?

OMG! I watched for relaxation all of these medical terms is ridiculous. Very smart man but the amount of talking is overwhelming. He literally spoke the entire time. I highly doubt the patient ever relaxed during this session.
