Dr. Ornish, are you familiar with any retreats of a similar vein that are geared towards people in their early 20's and up? You mention utilizing meditation amongst other practices in your holistic care program, are there other retreats/facilities for people who are not struggling with heart disease, but are looking to gain fresh perspective from similar lifestyle changes? Your approach seems to use age-old methodologies backed with science and common sense, which is a game-changer. Since your interview with Rich Roll, I've been curious if there are other options for people who are looking to escape lifestyles which can lead up to chronic adrenal fatigue, and negative habits/coping mechanisms. Between seeing your work in medical science and holistic healthcare, and recently discovering the addiction/trauma work of Dr. Gabor Mate, I'm becoming increasingly curious in these fields of research. I appreciate your work, and I'm hopeful this will make it to you.
