Same happened with me l5-s1 , at 2020 at 19 years, now it's 4 years long, and still many doctors suggest not to go for surgery, also some doctor advised for surgery but no doctor can give guarantee that he can do it 100% correctly that after surgery you will be back to your previous normal life. Still you have to follow some rules Even after surgery, don't stay long time in queue, don't sit long, don't forward binding, backward binding, no heavyweight leaft, 😢etc. Even some patients suffering a lot more problems due to any 0.5%-1% mistakes, it's spine surgery not cutting a cake.Always remember. I have problems in seating and standing for long hours but no problem in legs from it. If you have problems in feet, legs, Thai, and the pain is extremely can't tolerable, then only one can choose surgery. But there is always a risk in spine surgery. Many patients reported problems after 2-3 years of their successful Surgery.
