Several years ago I was taught 'consultative sales' which is basically following what Dr Cialdini teaches: if you sell red chairs and they need a blue chair, don't try to convince them they need a red chair. help them to find someone who sells blue chairs. And thanks for the caution on the misuse of AI to perpetuate lies and false information.
