[TAS] DBZ B3 vs IW comparison - SSj3 Gotenks vs SSj3 Goku

Tool Assisted Superplay (TAS) of Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 and DBZ Infinite World to compare. Very Hard CPU.
In B3 match, Goten was the base and Goku had "Turtle Shell". Normal costumes and eng dub. Ended with DR to show it.
In IW instead, I chosen Trunks as base to compare. I also used alt costumes and jap dub. Ended with Ultimate.
In both matches I used Cheat Engine to achieve infinite fusion timer, while also using it to lower my HP to 0.1 and freeze fatigue addresses for both players in IW.
I'd like to write a more detailed comparison between the two games, the 2 matches and even the two bases I used, but I'm tired. Ask in the comment if you're interested.
No BT3 match 'cause I had no time. Maybe it will come separately tomorrow...

Everytime I see a character get jugggled for a extended period of time, I come to the realization that these games are kinda like DBZ’s own Tekken

@@am1k98 Nah, juggling was always an important part of Tekken. Jin's forward 1 loop in T3 is an example of this, if you wanted to deal lots of damage, your opponent had to be in the air.

Those were some great matches! I didn't remember the Galactic Donuts looking so painful... but seeing the Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack is always great.

Brings me back to those dayz as a pre-teen and how the release of B1-3 coincided with the sagas originally on air at the time, and when DBZ ended back in '04 where I live, B3 had just rolled out; and it had to be SSJ 3, given it was the Buu Saga also. Then a couple months later round Christmas, GT comes on air, which I mostly didn't catch on TV anywayz, but shit it was still fun collecting the SS4 characters and the movie villains. Then downloaded all four remastered DBZ sagas on my computer by the time IW released. Those were them dayz☺️

The little “turn it up” from goten when u went dragon rush gave me so much nostalgia from back in the day when I use to play b3 lol I always hated dragon rush tho thank god for infinite world

One thing I keep forgetting to ask. Even though IW looks more technical that B3, how do you feel about its fatigue meter? To me it seems like just a way to kick the opponent while they're down, after juggling then for an eternity you let them go only for them to be in a fatigued state so you can start it again or just knock their Ki down with a taunt. Seems like it really favors the attacker.

Controversial. I love the fact that it forces a stop to the fight, giving both players some breathing room, but it's too easily exploitable. I'd like it to stay, but activating with far more damage.

TAS is when only P1 is TASed, Dual TAS is when both players are TASed.

I have budokai 3 but i keep getting mixed opinions on wheter budokai 3 is better or infinite

The problem is that they are very different on a lot of small (and big) details... For example, IW has no Hyper Mode nor DragonRush, nor Beam Clash. I hated those so for me it's a plus, but someone else might say B3 was better instead for this reason.

Probably to beef up Goku's moveset. Look at all the different sets he has in BT3 for example
