There is no beating perimenopausal hair loss. Women get on HRT sooner than later, don’t wait for the dreaded hot flashes and missed periods. The first symptoms like exhaustion hitting you like a truck during premenopause and other premenopause symptoms like insomnia, bladder issues, brain fog, confusion…..do t wait for perimenopause.

Which hormones do they give you? Testosterone? Or estrogen?
@rosamoreno47947 күн бұрын
@ HRT is “not” testosterone. It was Estradiol and progesterone for me.
@AprilMay-s8e7 күн бұрын
@@rosamoreno4794 i saw a nurse practitioner who said she does hrt and told me she only inserts testosterone because it will make estrogen to get in balance anyway😒she does that to anyone, regardless of how hormones are, I am doing my labs next week but I don’t trust in what she told me so i will find a doctor instead.

Dr Dray, I’m a male in my late 20s and I go to my barber once a week to get a skin fade cut. It is a rather abrasive process and often I have (short term) erythema in the areas that my barber shaves down to the skin which is closer down to my neck. It resolves after moisturizing & within a day, however I wonder occasionally if this is damaging my scalp and might potentially lead to hair loss early on.
@harrytaylor87598 күн бұрын
I experience this too, especially when they use that foil shaver tool at the back of the neck

I see some comments that mention copper for gray hair, but you have to use copper glycine. I saw a video and it says that it is absorbed better in the body than regular copper. Only take one a day and no more than 3mg. I know someone that has been taking it with Vitamin D(at least 1,000 IU) and color has been gradually growing in replacing the white hair.

Do you think this device would help people who have healthy hair and already consume plenty of animal protein and collagen? My hair is healthy and I have been a total carnivore for a year and a half; would the iRestore improve already healthy hair? Or is it only helpful for people with inadequate nutrition or hormonal imbalance or who have struggled with health issues? I don't have alopecia - would this device strengthen hair? My hair stopped graying a few months ago. Weirdest thing. I guess since I am on a hair roll with all this protein (and caffeine shampoo, thanks!), I just want to see how good my hair can be. Wavy, fine hair can be delicate.

I saw a video where you said you really love Pantene shampoo. I watched another video from a hair stylist and he said to only use salon quality shampoos and conditioners because the drug store varieties don’t clean your hair. I’m leaning toward trying Pantene like you suggested, but is there some credence to the salon products? I’m 64, have never colored my hair and it’s dry, but otherwise healthy. Maybe you should do a video on the truth about shampoos. Thanks!!
