Sir, maine Abhayrab ARV ka complete doses kiya recently. Maine apna Doses liya hain on Day 0,3,7,15(instead of Day 14) & Day 28. 1. Will I be safe? 2. Since there is a minor deviation, will it be adverse major problem? 3. Kyuki Dose 4 aur Dose 5 ke bich 13 din ka gap tha, kya mujhe rabies ho jaega? 4. Kya mera Rabies antibodies formation me bohot dikkat hoga?

Was already taking Abhayrab ARV Doses(IM Route).I have taken the 0,3,7 doses on time & taken the 4th dose on Day 15 instead of Day 14. On the next day of 4th Dose, I probably got a scratch (very little blood) by an unknown stray Dog.So, to be on the safer side, I want to hypothetically consider it as a dog scratch only. So, kindly consider my sincere request to let me know - 1. Do I need to prepone my 5th Dose on Day 28 due to long interval in between? 2. Do I need any additional Dose in between or after the Dose 5? 3. Will only the Dose 5 on Day 28 suffice? 4. Since I have taken the Dose 4 one day later, will it be a problem to develop the antibodies required to tackle the suspected 2nd scratch? 5. Will I be safe? Thank you for your time and reply. Sir, I have a very little fresh cut on my finger and I touched the ground with that hand.Usually, one dog sits on that area of ground.Is this type of surface contamination possible?Is there anything to worry about?

Sir, I was already undergoing Abhayrab ARV Doses for Category 2 exposure(no HRIG). On the next Day of Dose 4, I had a probable Dog scratch(suspected).But, since I took the Dose 4 on just the previous Day of scratch, I took NO HRIG and just completed the 5th Dose on the pre-scheduled Date on Day 28. It is to be noted that I took the full ARV Course (5 doses) 5 years back(Last Dose on 07/04/2019) & also took 3 Doses on January ,2023(1 year Back). I have never taken HRIG ever. 1. Was I supposed to take HRIG due to the above mentioned Dog scratch (which occurred on the succeeding Day of Dose 4 of ARV)? 2.Since, it has been 5 years since my last completed ARV Doses, will it be a problem that I have note taken HRIG? (Also to be noted that I was already taking ongoing ARV Doses) 3.Sir, please tell me that I am 100% safe or not? Thank you for your precious time and advice.

Sir, Category 2 exposue ke liye main already apna Abhayrab ARV Doses kar raha tha(no HRIG).On 03/04/24, I took my 4th dose and uske next day(04/04/24) ko probably ek stray dog scratch(suspected) hua tha(very little blood).Kyuki main already ARV Doses le raha tha, maine koi additional doses nahi lagvaya aur HRIG bhi nahi lagvaya kyuki already 4 Doses complete ho chuka tha.Main Khali apna 5th Dose Complete kar liya on pre-scheduled Doses. Maine previously Abhayrab ARV le chuka hoon :- (1) 5 Complete Doses on March-April, 2019(Last Dose on 07/04/2019); (2) 3 Doses on January, 2023. Maine kabhi bhi HRIG liya. 1. Kya main 04/04/24 ka suspected Scratch ke liye HRIG nahi like Galti kiya?( Main just uske preceeding day me hi apna 4th Dose liya tha aur previously vaccinated bhi tha) 2. Kya mujhe rabies ho jaega?(Kyuki maine HRIG Nahi liya) 3. Kya mujhe HRIG Lena tha?(kyuki mera last completed Dose lene ke baad lagbhag 5 saal ho gya BUT mera currently course bhi chal raha tha) 4. Kya main 100% safe hoon? Please reply sir and thanks in advance for your advice.

Sir, i took anti Rabies vaccine after 8-9 months of possible exposure but sir i dont remember the category of bite, So , after 8-9 months ,i took 5 doses without HRIG. Toh sir,is there any chance of long incubation? I did my antibody titre, and it was 2.28.

these types of cases are very complex. Making decision sometimes become very tough . Two school of thoughts are there for such cases- first - ARV should not be given for next 90 days. second - ARV should be given irrespective of the time gap. WHO - in 2018 proposed 3months concept. Sir when I have got 1st ID then I can see 2 bubble in both arm. BUT in the 2nd dose I didn't see bubble, neither my brother he checked my hand second After the nurse gave but he didn't knew exactly the injects site(he said that he might have seen a very very small bubble like when an ant bite, in ONE HAND). It was a government hospital. The nurse said that within 30-40 minutes an entire bottle of vaccine is used. So the nurse MIGHT be very experienced as they are giving that many injection She pulled my skin little bit and gave the injection almost parallel to the skin. It was a very little painful but very less painful than tetnus where i can feel it going in my muscle which I got on the time of 1st dose. When during injects my brother asked nurse about the bubble then the nurse said ""'Thoda sa bubble bana OR bubble banta hai""". He heard that thoda sa bubble bana and i heard that bubble banta hai. Sir do I need to get vaccine of this dose again or should i just get vaccine of day 7 and day 28?

Kutta gate ko lick kar raha tha ..uska turant 3 second baad Mera beta us gate mein haath rakh diya...to saliva haat mein lag gaya.... indirect saliva gate se haat mein laga ... 1 kya mera beta safe hai 2 indirect aise transmitted hone ka chnace kitna 3 aisa report pehle se kabhi mila hai kya 4 outer surface pe saliva kitna time rehta hai 5 agar transmission nahi hoga to kyun

You have said that there is nothing to worry in this question, why sir? The question i asked you earlier was:- Sir when I have got 1st ID then I can see 2 bubble in both arm. BUT in the 2nd dose I didn't see bubble, neither my brother he checked my hand second After the nurse gave but he didn't knew exactly the injects site(he said that he might have seen a very very small bubble like when an ant bite, in ONE HAND). It was a government hospital. The nurse said that within 30-40 minutes an entire bottle of vaccine is used. So the nurse MIGHT be very experienced as they are giving that many injection She pulled my skin little bit and gave the injection almost parallel to the skin. It was a very little painful but very less painful than tetnus where i can feel it going in my muscle which I got on the time of 1st dose. When during injects my brother asked nurse about the bubble then the nurse said ""'Thoda sa bubble bana OR bubble banta hai""". He heard that thoda sa bubble bana and i heard that bubble banta hai. Sir do I need to get vaccine of this dose again or should i just get vaccine of day 7 and day 28?

Dr, long incubation kaise possible hai? Antibodies form ho chuki hai ...toh ab rabies virus kaha survive karega? Sir, HRIG ka role hai ki protect karna jab tak vaccine se antibodies na ban Jaye that's why it is not given after 7 days of vaccine. But sir I have taken all 5 doses and antibodies form ho gya..and i took vaccine after 8-9 month toh sir yaha toh HRIG ka vaise hi role khatam ho gya tha..itna time ho chuka tha exposure ke baad.

Sir a stray dog licked/touched my leg and i was wearing trouser I had rough skin due to itchiness(where upper layer of skin is little removed and which look white) and ek do daana tha. on 31 march. Although you recommended that vaccine is not required but i went sadar(govt) hospital on 6th april There doctor said that there is no problem in this cassbut he said to take ID for zero risk. And on 7 April i took ID in both hand and bubble occurred in both arm, where we get covid vaccine. But the nurse gave next schedule on 9 and so on(before one day than it should be), there I asked the doctor and he said that there is no problem in taking on 9th instead of 10. 1) So is it OK to take on 9(2day after 1st dose??? Licked over trouser occur before 6-7 days(31 march). 2) am I safe as i have taken in 6-7 day after the dog licked my trouser and i had no pre existing scratch except roughness in skin, dry skin, 2 daane tha, new hair pores/old hair removed pores, little upper layer removed due to itching and white layer below top layer is little bit seen in some place. 3)Still vaccine will be not recommend by you in such case if i directly come to your hospital. And sorry sir apke ye bolne ke baad bhi gaya tha ki vaccine ki need NAHI hai. Mujhe lag rha tha ki kaas mai kise se direct baat kar sakta. And sir mujhe sayed ocd hai. Mera age abhi 23 hoga mai college me hu. And mera ocd lagta hai jab mai 11 me gaya tha tab se hi start hua hai, covid samay se. Bohot log dead ho rhe the agal bagal, relatives, jaane pehchan wala. Uss samay covid ke baare me jaane ke liye din bhar mobile dekhta raheta tha, uske baad ab snake kat liya hamesha lagta raheta hai iss liye mai hamesh baar baar apna agal bagal, bedsheets, rack, ground check karta raheta hu. Uske baad dog wala case aaya ki pata nhi touch hua, tha ya nhi trouser me lekin ab uspe dur lag rha. Uske baad aapke bolne ke baad bhi vaccine le liya ye soch ke ki durr door hoga. Lekin ab lag rha ki vaccine ache se laga ki nhi, efficiently work karega ya nhi, cold chain maintain tha ya nhi, kuch hoga mujhe to nhi etc. Sayed iss ocd ki wajha se mujhe kabhi kabh heartbeat fast hota hai, ghabrahat lagta hai, study me kamjoor ho gya, focus nhi kar paata, hamesha dimag me kuch chalta raheta hai, neend utna nhi aata. Before 11th class (covid se pehle) mai fearless type ka tha, energetic tha lekin ab sab ulta ho gya. Kya pata kaise or kab thik hoga. Sorry bohot bada comment ho gya uske liye.
