I was stepped on the place after 7 hours where dog was laying. I mean before seven hours Municipal Corporation took dead dog with them. Later I stepped on same place where dead dog was laying (dog wasn't there). I feel Dog saliva has come in contact with my toe wound. I had already taken 15 ARVs last year due to dog bitten me on my ear. Last one I took 27th May 2024. I tested my Antibodies on 31st August 2024, and it is 3.95 EU/ML. Should I required to take ARV for this exposure?

Don’t panic, kuch nahi hoga. Rabies virus tabhi spread hota hain jab dog mein rabies ke symptoms visible hain, incubation period mein bhi rabies nahi fehlta. Aur agar aapke pet hain usko koi bhi stray dog ne nahi kata hain toh bhi nahi hoga.

कुत्ते के बीच में रहने वाले व्यक्ति अगर बार-बार के रेबीज वैक्सीन लगवाता है तो क्या उसका उनकी एंटीबॉडीज लेवल कम हो जाएगा कुत्ता काटने पर उसको वैक्सीन भी काम नहीं करेगा 3 सालों में तीन बार कोर्स कंप्लीट किया हूं इस बार बूस्टर डोज 3 महीने में 10 दिन बाकी थे पर मैं बहुत डाउट में था कि क्या करूं और मैं फिर से बूस्टर डोज ले लिया सर कोई दिक्कत तो नहीं ना होगा हमें रेबीज हो जाएगा

नमस्ते सर, मुझे चार साल पहले 2020 एक कुत्ता ने काट लिया था।पर मैं उस समय रैबीज का वैक्सीनेशन नहीं करवाया था। लेकिन अब 2024 में वैक्सीन लगवाया है। मेरे को जो काटा था वह केटेगरी तीन का बाइट हुआ था। जब मैं वैक्सीन लगवाया था तो मुझे HRIG नहीं दिया गया था। और रैबीज का चोथा डोज जो कि 14वां दिन दिया जाता है। वो मैंने 13वां दिन हि लगवा लिया था। और पांचवां डोज सेम दिन 28को लगवाया था। क्या मैं सेफ हूं। क्योंकि मेरा वैक्सीनेशन अनकमपलिट है।सर सच सच बताना क्या मुझे फिर से वैक्सीन लेना पड़ेगा।😢😢 अगर हम फिर से वैक्सीन लगवाया तो मुझे HRIG की जरूरत है 😢😢😢😢

rabies virus remain alive only in NERVOUS TISSUES. from brain it travels down to salivary gland through nerves. it gets secreted in saliva and transferred to bite sites.again at the bite site it gets attached to the nerves and travels towards brain.this is the natural cycle. so throughout the cycle it multiplies in nervous tissues only. now coming to your question, once it gets outside the body where no nervous tissue is there it dies within couple of seconds. i hope it clears your doubt…. 🙏🏻 और अगर outside saliva में वायरस ज़िंदा रहता तो ना जाने कितनी जाने चली जाती अब तक । ख़ास कर उन बच्चों की जो गली मुहल्ले में नंगे पैर खेलते रहते हैं और कुत्तों का saliva रोड पर गिरा रहता है Please 🙏🏻 give good review of our site kidocare (link in description) if you find our work & REPLY worth .
