They had to cut the frame to fit the BB?

No. Facing the bottom bracket is an (excellent) old school procedure. Even on a prime frame paint may be uneven, BB shell may warp from brazing/welding. Makes sure the cups screw in as true as they can be.

It's funny that this is a regular collection, well, nothing like that. All aluminum cases have nozzles: Omnium, Thompson and all others. Nothing interesting. Another strap to the dropbar is a horror. When Everyone Gets It: Razer - Pedals and Straps. DropBar - contact pedals??!
