I don’t understand if you didn’t like the PICU why not transfer units I know my hospital has a 10 month policy before being able to transfer not sure if yours was similar but I feel like you just not clicking with the type of unit wasn’t the real reason you quit nursing an sure it may be temporary but given the huge change in your life outside of nursing it seems like you truthfully just prefer to not work a real job given the amount of income I’m sure you bring in from influencing which is fine that’s your choice but it just all feels dishonest I’m all for living your life for yourself but be so real about it also if your happy in your relationship that’s amazing but it just feels like you constantly are running an chasing the next thing to distract you when you were In newyork the constant travel was the same you don’t seem grounded or happy you seek lost and just chasing these high highs you never cook at at home you spend all your money eating out constantly an yet again in a long distance relationship idk I came for the nursing content an now I don’t look forward to these vlogs because it seems so fake and unrealistic your life looks a mess your room and belongings are constantly a mess you never slow down it just i don’t know it’s all going to catch up to you eventually an I hope you end up okay but this channel isn’t what it used to be and it’s not just because you are no longer a nurse. When my closets and drawers got out of control, I started a “one in one out” policy. An easy way to make cuts. And if you hired someone to sell your stuff on poshmark, it might be easier to let things go. I always say I’m going to sell things, but it’s such a pain.

Hi Anna - I am going to offer you some words of wisdom, as someone with a lot of years between you (20s) and me (60s)...first...you don't owe anyone anything. Oh dear, did I say that outloud! This is your channel, your work, your content. YOU get to decide what's best for here. Second, yes your content has changed a bit lately (I don't follow TicTok). I don't think I have to tell you that because you are a smart girl and your numbers reflect that. Your priorities have changed, and only you can decide what's best for you. As long as you are being your best at your job, content creator, then that's all anyone can ask for. If you are not giving your best, then perhaps you need to focus more or change some things up. But that is entirely up to you. If people don't like the new you, they can leave and move on. And lastly, negativity people spewing here is a reflection on them, and what they don't like about themselves. Not you. Ignore the people who are negative. This isn't their channel and they are free to leave. Ignore the haters! I'll leave you with this cliche by poet John Lydgate and was later adapted by President Lincoln - "You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time".
