All the key tips from this video: 1. Get everything out to declutter - sort into keep, donate, and a “maybe” category (you’ll have to eventually decide on) 2. Fold everything into squares or rectangles and file them in a way where you can see them all at once 3. Consider moving things around so they’re somewhere that makes sense based on how often you use them/who is using them 4. Invest in organization tools/items, like: pants hangers, drawer dividers, baskets for hats/accessories, jewelry organizers 5. Invest in more hampers or organized hampers The main lesson I learned from this is that there are always ways to optimize the space you have!

I have absolutely been where Tyler is with getting emotional/sentimental/anxious around decluttering things. Wonderfully, Saf said exactly the right thing. It's a huge room - she needs bigger art prints. The small ones look even smaller and lost on the huge walls. A slimmer, wider bench could help with keeping proportions, because it doesn't fit the bed. It's really hard to create a cozy vibe with that huge room. Maybe a division with closet room would have been better cleaner - keeping all clutter there. The blue carpet does look nice, but she needs a bigger one (so it's half under the bed and wide enough to walk beside the bed on). 29:52 Maybe a blue painting (ocean, mountains or evening sky) could work on the wall. The bed would be more cozy with a headboard - maybe blue velvet to really lean into the blue theme. And also some airy curtains to frame the window. The hamper could go into Tyler's closet. And more plants if the one they got survives.
