Great Video! This is very inspiring for young people to save and invest as early as possible! I really believe that investing in real state, you always end up winning because the value goes up each year! Thanks for sharing!

One thing I don't like is the breaking the wall for the aircon when walling are done already.. The foreman of the construction team doesn't know how to read drawings because in electrical plans it always showing where the aircons are located.. So during the layout of the CHB, opening for the aircon shall be in placed at the same time..

It's hard to believe how nasty looking it starts out with broken blocks being used, blocks crooked. Then in the end, it's all beautiful. I married a girl from Paniqui Tarlac. I spent some time there and watched this process. A person would have to be rich in the USA to be able to build a house with this elegance. I would buy plane ticket to Hawaii and place to live plus food for workers to come to Hawaii and build me a house like this.
@Mavigation4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your comment! I got mixed feedback from viewers who saw this video specifically around the construction process in the Philippines. Others felt the structure was unsafe. While others, esp those who are used to super typhoons, think that houses in the US are unsafe :)

Right!! Did you film or document your house construction? If so, you should vlog about it! Better yet, do a few episodes (ie. different stages of the construction) I found that house construction videos inspire many to push their dreams in owning their own home, especially those filipinos working abroad (OFWs).

@@Mavigation i took many pictures so maybe i could a slideshow. But my house is only half way finished. Theres still a lot to do and we have many problems like leaks in the ceiling. Maybe i will do a video when its at a decent state hehe which wont be for a while as we run out of budget. But at least now we can live in it. Thanks for encouragement to do a video about this!

Hi, great video👍🏻thank you:) I've been designing ( sketching ) a all terrain house that would be perfect for Philippines type of climate and is weather proof and also, I think that this idea would revolutionized the way people in general live. I'm looking for sponsors, investors, collaborators that can help me get this amazing venture started. Also, I'm planning on giving a portion of the proceeds to people that are less fortunate. Please, consider my ideas and let me know. Thank you:)

Hello Peter. They had a contractor and an architect who are both relatives. Not necessarily always present at the site but they had a very knowledgeable and trusted foreman. Homeowners also live just a few miles away from the property to help monitor the progress.
