To be fair. Not popping the called by the grave face down or the trap, changed the game. This guy didn't know what he was playing against and that made a hell of a difference. It's amazing how one little thing can change the whole thing.

I once duelled a dream mirror player and i liked the deck so i wanted to build it, then i remembered that it doesn't work without keeping the field spells on field, so i didn't build it.

@@DigiTism They need a spell that sets both mirrors up, like the trap does. Or maybe a link monster who does the job. They could make it count as light and dark so they don't have to pair it. Something like that.

@@lethaldope6446 They're not complicated. After 1 or 2 games you'll understand how they work but you should rather save your crafts. The deck is SUPER expensive. 3 Mandatory UR cards (90 UR gems) 4 Mandatory SR (160 SR Gems). Also the game doesn't have all of the Dream Mirrors that the TCG has (Neiroy, the Dream Mirror Traitor was released in february this year only and master duel came out in January)

Dream mirror is bad, everything can be ashed, gives the opponent fuel for DPE or Golden lord, but I love the concept for the deck, Ive been building my card pool for it in my spare time.

The deck depends a lot of both field spells , the main monsters are dead cards withoug then , i know they have other cards which can searh for then . But still bad , they could creacte a card like the Malefic Territory to protect then a least .

Godlike hand, by having Hypnagogia, the dark fairy, fusion, called by and another Hypnagogia in case of, to keep our fields up But oh boi when you draw Morfeo, 2 Herald of the Diviner, a handtrap and the light Doggo This video shows the potential of the deck, but getting up to that point is the struggle in question, and not even Traitor would be enough to make it better (But goddamn is that card needed...)

I played Dream Mirror during the Fusion event. A fun deck, but over reliant on the field spells. Also, too many effects.

Ye, a deck that is too reliant on the a card or worse, two, staying on the field without ways to constantly get them back makes a deck ultimately weak vs anything consistent. They're the kind of decks that when they get the upper hand, they keep it, but if they can't get it right away, they lose in any kind of situation, no matter how drawn out. Field Barrier would probably work super well with this deck.

They are really expensive, as much if not a little more than heroes iirc, they also need 2 field spell on both side of the field lol. It's really unique though, ill give them that.

Basically it relies VERY heavily on the field spells if you don't have them out(usually Via the trap that places them both on the field) you kinda just can't do anything and everything thing is easily negateable from what I've seen. Oh and the gimmick is you switch out the monsters depending on the field spell that is out which all have certain effects(A light dream mirror monster would need the Dream Mirror of terror and vice versa)

this doesnt even showcase what this deck can REALLY do when you have a little trap called "dream mirror recap" which essentially shuffles your tributed dream mirror monsters into your deck instead of sending to GY meaning you can endlessly cycle through them back and forth every turn. which ie extremely useful for abusing the fuck out of sprite to get your other spells and traps each turn.
