I mean, it tracks pretty well. Before Dream got popular, all evidence indicates that he was a huge Technoblade fan, and then he got to get to know him. Seems Techno was one of the cases of an idol not being screwed up when you actually meet him, so losing him must be hitting Dream at least as hard, if not a bit harder, than any other Techno fan out there.

I have stopped watching some creators because they refuse to address it any further. I can see a memorial for Techno on most of Philza’s streams, for example. It feels good. It seemed as if Dream was trying to talk about this as fast as possible, because he didn't want to have to process what he was feeling while talking about it, so that's probably why he kept stuttering. I think it's even more tragic to see someone hold their tears back in front of everyone rather than just let it all out in these circumstances, but then again, we all process pain differently. They were good friends and you can sure tell by how Dream is at a literal loss for words when talking about his death. Hope everyone can move on with Techno still on their hearts.

It still feels...weird. Techno had such a unique sense of humor and the way he interacted with fans, it made a lot of us feel...included. In ways we normally don't get to be included. Like...we were all in on the little joke he would play on others. I think a lot of us remember which video we first found Techno, which stream was our first one to watch him live. Some of us might even remember the first time we got the chance to talk with Techno directly and just say a few words to him. It's such a profound type of sadness I had when I found out he had passed. Knowing we would never really see the end of his grand plan for things. He always had a next scheme...a next goal. And it was always thrilling to be a part of it. I want to cry, but I won't because he wouldn't want us to. But I am sad. So very, very sad, to not be able to have him around anymore. My heart goes out to Dream, Tommy, Wilbur...and Phil...Please, if any of you who really got to know him, don't stop creating. He wouldn't want that. Keep going, reach bigger heights build bigger dreams. Prove, as Techno did, that there is no ceiling too high.

You can tell how hard it was for him to talk about Techno’s death.I don’t blame him I was crestfallen when I heard the news I never thought I could ever feel so much grief to a person I’ve never even talked to before. But it just didn’t feel like it was real….it felt like all a bad dream and if I closed my eyes and opened it again he would be there making jokes and holding up his crown forever. But when I opened them he was still gone and the video was still there no matter how many times I tried …the last video wouldn’t go away. But then I took a moment to realize sometimes ..he isn’t gone he never will be he didn’t die ever single time anyone click on his videos any time a friend of long term fan or viewer remembers him he’ll be alive. Im not only sad but I’m devastated but I’m pretty sure that we learned a lesson from techno, to not be sad when things happen but to be positive even when things are hard. Yes I’m sad but I’m glad that he was something to peoples lives and made people happier with his jokes and even if he had cancer he stayed positive knowing that it could kill him and he had such a impact on everyone. I mean it's hard to accept that techno is gone it feels unreal and the effect it's having on so many people is just wow- seeing people like dream and Phil and all technos friends talk about it really shows the impact he left and then there's people like my cousin, who makes insensitive jokes about it not to be funny or cool just because he thinks dream is better and he hated technoblade it's just sick to see people actually happy over someone's death even if that person made other people happy.
