"We've always been there..." said the keeper, while Jack Torrance was looking around, with his grin on his face and a glass of Jack Daniels in his hand. The music started to play in the empty ballroom...🖤🖤🖤 I'm amazed by that wonderful gramophone! 😮❤ It's so old and still working perfectly... Wow! 🤩

Very cool! Thanks so much for sharing. That said, I'm glad today's devices don't sound like a cassette player being drowned in a washing machine.

I always wondered what these sounded like, at least this video gives me an idea. My lady-friend's aunt has one of these and I asked her to play something on it, but unfortunately she she didn't want to. LOL! So ever since then, my curiosity has been piqued! Thank you!

Very interesting. I've been to the Edison museum in FT Myers where they have many of these but never got to hear one. Now your next step is to produce a brand new record for it

Very nice, glad there's an interest still in these machines. Went to the Edison museum in Jersey which has a large room full of various phonographs. They had several cylinder machines, one of which they played. It was loud! That was the day I learned the origin of the phrase "put a sock in it".

Fardemark, what is the intro music since 0:00 minute in your video called "Sounds of Seeburg of 1968"?
