I don't know how these great musicians are so willing to ignore the obvious. It makes absolutely no sense. LOWER the keys for Labrie so he can continue. It's not rocket science, guys get progressively lower voices as they age. James is 60, give him break and lower the keys as much as he needs

Yeah! Maybe since they're so self-conscious about the technical prowess, lowering the keys would be sacrilegious in their view, idk. But indeed James is struggling and it shows very clearly

dave mustaine of megadeth had to do this if im not mistaken. I'm pretty sure they lowered the key so that he could continue to sing. And guess what, he actually sounds pretty good live now. He can't hit those high notes very well, but he doesn't need to.

Unfortunately JL can't stay in key. His voice has been conaumed. The band has to make a move about that to prevent harsh critics and also it's for the best for everyone!

the london shows were an abberation. every show since he's been on point. this was just the start. it took him time to get back up to speed and he's doing great now.
