I was at that show, and I can say that the audience wasn't dead. We were really excited throughout the show, but this performance was so fascinating live that I just stood there enjoying the music, I couldn't think of anything else. At the end of the song, I turned to the people next to me and they were all excited to have heard this performance. No one took their eyes off the stage for a second, even the staff were paralyzed. During other well-known songs, the audience went crazy and even La Brie thanked everyone for their energy 🤘🤘🤘

James was incredible from start to finish. Nailed parts in Metropolis, Under a glass moon etc. I was very impressed!

I saw a lot of videos of previous concerts and I was a little bit worried. I can confirm: James Labrie was absolutely perfect. Incredible. Like 15 years ago ! I think a doctor gave him a special treatment (corticoids) for his vocal cords to perform on this session (especially for the dvd). John was excellent, like as usual, but he made horrible wrong notes at the start of a solo. I think they will correct this in post production.

Ah trop bien , oui en regardant d'autres extraits apparemment il est en bonne forme . Petrucci impressionnant punaise, le solo de Stream Of aha , plus rapide en plus que sur le cd , d'ailleurs il s'est planté au début de quel solo ?

Je ne connais pas suffisamment bien les noms des morceaux 😢. Je peux te dire que c'était aux 2/3 de la 1ere partie... Je pense qu'il a dû se tromper de case sur le manche pour commencer ses 2 ou 3 premières notes du solo. Il s'est (évidemment) vite rattrapé. Et tout le reste était parfait... 😍

I was in a seat right behind the control room. There were 2 or 3 cameras filming from the control room with zoom lenses. Then there were at least 3 cameras on stage controlled from the control room. However, I'm not sure that the whole concert will be on the DVD unfortunately. I hope I'm wrong

This won't be released for at LEAST a year. It will take THAT long just to re-sing, edit, process, compress, effect-to-hell, auto-tune, and bury Labrie's "@$$-r@ped-with a broken beer bottle full of bleach" vocals. THEN, they have to select camera angles that hide the fact that the filmed vocals don't match the re-sung edited vocals.

Cry more dumbass. I literally just came back from the Amsterdam show and he sounded better than the last 10+ years. This video is recorded on a phone from 100+ meters away from the stage and is then uploaded to youtube on an even lower quality. James’s vocals are super good atm and that is just a fact

Ok, I saw them on the tour before Portnoy left and it was the most boring concert I have ever attended. I mean, Portnoy had the energy behind the kit, but everyone else was lifeless and it looks exactly like the clip here. Have they always just kind of been statues on stage? Plenty of super technical players also put on a show, but these guys.....zzzzzz.
