8:11 Obviously I don't know but maybe the reason there is no saturation is so the player doesn't eat and heal while being held? Could also just be a visual glitch.

If you look a5 the bottom it says LEFT Shift to dismount: they sit dream like he is in a boat. When in a boat, saturation doesn't show. THAT'S my guess
