@@KriyaYogaInternational This was very interesting Q&A. Thanks. 1. Could you tell what "flying" means in the dreaming state? 2. In Mandukia Upanishad they talk about those 3 states. Is it possible to attain the 4 state Turia while dreaming?.... or it needs all the 3 bodies to be awake?

@@ПламенНедев-н2ь Not sure what you are asking in your first question on "Flying" - Please clarify. We will add your second question to our "Digital QA Box" and try and ask Paramahamsaji about it. Humble pranams

@@KriyaYogaInternational Thank you very much for your care. The explanation given in this video is very interesting but I expected to hear something about the fourth state of the mind (turyia). IMHO the issue about the active dream state is not very well clarified (studied) nor in yoga systems neither in so called "modern science". I'm guessing because the very essence of the original mind is not well understood by the "modern science". "flying" in my question was about when you dream that you can fly. 1. What it means? 2. Can we induce such a dream (you know as in the movie "Inception")? Thanks again. Blessings!

@@ПламенНедев-н2ь Thank you for your clarification. Paramahamsaji mentions in the video that if one lives a very conscious life then they can influence their dreams too. So I presume your question of having a particular type of dream (like flying) may fall in this category. As mentioned in the earlier comment, we will try and ask your question on "Turiya state" to Paramahamsaji. The Yogis have deeply studied the mind. You can visit www.kriya.org and see if you'd like to procure Paramahamsaji's book on "Know Your Mind" (USD 12) where the mind is discussed in details. Humble greetings!

Guru ji you have heared the name of dream yoga first time but according to Buddhism it is stated that dream yoga is the process of lucid dream as Nicola Tesla nd Albert Einstein also practice the same
@premkumarpammi41125 жыл бұрын
The question is about lucid dream and the art of meditation in Lucid dream. From the explanation it appears that not much light is thrown on the question. Dream yoga is the basic of Buddha's teaching to enlightment. Sorry if iam not correct

The basic principles of Buddhism can be found in this article www.unhcr.org/50be10cb9.pdf

Then it seems that specific question is not relevant to Kriya Yoga.
@rocky8213 жыл бұрын
dream yoga and lucid dream is basically same. if you use lucid dream for spiritual awakening then its dream yoga.

Thank you Gurudev 🙏 In my life my Sadhana is of the utmost importance me. Yet I still have many mundane, scary, or useless dreams. Or the occasional weird dream! It sometimes leaves me feeling like I am not making spiritual progress, even though every area of my life is improving! I have heard dreams are contrived by us also from past lives, samskaras etc. Because of this are they still only a reflextion of our current state of consciousness? Thank you ❤
