Do you have to install the table? I have plenty of work space but want the cabinet for the storage and organization function.

I am pretty sure you would not have to install the table but could leave it off so you could enjoy easy access those shelves below it.

Great review. 1 note, the legs do lock. You just have to pull the little part out…

She said in the video at about 2:39 minutes with a few add ons about $3000 with more add ons about $4000 so around $3-4000... It better be good wood for that price.
