I resonated with what Kenneth said about planning just arising. Maybe planning as something needing to be done beforehand is an illusion! That's amazing, just think about the incredible amount of planning that is done by us humans. Of course the "me" cannot drop the planning but maybe it will drop automatically by realizing the unnecessariness of it.
