Dreamcatcher(드림캐쳐) '날아올라 (Fly high)' MV & YOU AND I REACTION [I Get It, I Think?]

"Fly High" is probably the poppiest of the Nightmare arc. It was not done by their usual production team as well. But it makes sense, since this is a prequel, so bringing in a bit of the Minx sound makes sense to me. There are really heavy parts in it as well, which clearly state that they are not Minx anymore. And I love the dark parts thrown in, they really make the song special. The light part sung by SuA after the metal break is in major, while the rest of the song is in minor. That is why it stands out so much. They did the same in Good Night, but a lot shorter. About the MV: You can see Yoohyeon burning the spider, which brought the curse of the spider queen down on the members. You will see the spider queen again in You and I. In Native American mythology, spiders are considered protectors, that is why a Dreamcatcher resembles a spider's net. That is a brilliant connection to their name! 😊 In "You and I" you can see the spider queen coming for Yoohyeon. She is the old woman that is being photographed - only to rob Yoohyeon's spirit. Also, earlier we see Dongie being pinned to the wall by needles, what is usually done to insects. For me, Yoohyeon's spirit is being pulled out here and thrown into the white dimension, which we will see again in Piri. The spider queen takes over her body, which is why we see JiU grab her neck in the end. If you ask me, I believe "You and I" is a direct follow-up to "Fly High". For me, the story continues here through to Piri, and Chase me would then follow Piri chronologically. I highly recommend to check out the dance practice as well, because Dami does something very special that didn't make it into the MV.

It is the third title track DC released, but it is the beginning of the Nightmare story. The order is 1. Fly High 2. Chase Me 3. Good Night 4. You and I 5. What. 6. Piri 7. Breaking Out (japanese title track that is considered by InSomnia as the alternative ending to the Nightmare series) ❤

So name of the albums help set the story of the MVs: Chase Me - Nightmare (the nightmare begins) Good Night - Fall Asleep in the Mirror (They trap the hunter in a mirror) Fly High - Prequel (takes place before chase me, but song/album released later) You and I - Escape the Era (contention on when it takes places, I'm a believer of after Good Night. Hence escaping the era, dropping the book and moving on after being freed from Good Night.) What - Alone in the City (They are all separated in the city looking for Yoohyeon, who's spirit was lost in the Nightmare realm at the end of You and I) Piri - End of Nightmare (first ending, they all finally find each other, but are stuck in the nighmare realm) Breaking Out - Beginning of the End (Japanese release, but is considered by the majority as an alternate ending. Still finding each other but Breaking Out from the red strands of fate. You and I is still in my top 3 favorite DC title tracks. I see you watched the MV from the 1theK channel (which doesn't have subtitles). Their official channels HappyFace Official and Dreamcatcher Official have English subtitles for all TT mvs, plus helps support the girls/company. (most new reactors mess that up with You and I, since it unfortunately has more views on 1theK.)

My last Dreamcatcher concert, I saw them front and center, truly an amazingly unforgettable performance. One of my Dreamcatcher bucket list items was to see Dami break out the magic staff during the YOU AND I choreo live and I finally got to cross that one off since they added it to the setlist! It was also Dami's birthday and I got to personally wish her a happy bday during the meet and greet, felt so surreal and all the members seemed so genuinely delighted to see and interact with their fans!

Correct, Fly High (prequel) should of been first in the ARC but done or released later (or maybe "Full Moon" for earlier storyline). For even more context there is a short MV-trailer titled "1st Concert 'Welcome to the Dream World' kzbin.info/www/bejne/bGq5mp9sa9ilibc which give clues of each members nightmare and timeline of when this first occurs (newspaper articles starting at the one minute 25 second timeframe)and how long they are trapped wanting to be released. (Watch without a proper reaction cuz it will incorporate what you already seen (Chase me, etc. ) and is fun and most insomnia forget or never see this. The nightmare series is not over. After wonderful You and I, there is What and then Piri and branches to Breaking Out, a Japanese single. You will have fun with the MV - lots of spider talk. That version relies on Full Moon being the beginning and the only video showing the visual story is the promotional track (linked). Thats the difference between the written (forgot to add "Nightmare Series" search iin the fandom will take to the article and a little different tack). So getting acquainted with it is helpful. All the men in the videos are suppose to be the same guy.. So based on him, Full Moon first (young), Dream World second (Investigator-hunter) and Story Explained last and have background generally covered. Have fun and if you don't post it still watch it so the spider wont get you.

Whoever told you the Nightmare Series was three videos was not paying attention. The series is Seven videos in total (the last one being an 'alternate ending' that is a Japanese release on a different cahnnel, Pony Canyon). Fly High is the Prequel to the entire Series. Any video without captions is on THE WRONG channel. Figures. 1theK messes stuff up for everybody. PLEASE for the love of god, look at the Happyface Entertainment channel for the original Dreamcatcher MVs, they have the English subs, that is the group's original home channel because Happyface is the group's founding company. 1theK is a content thief channel, please stop watching videos on that dumb channel.

There MAY be a couple more of DC's MVs on the Happyface channel but at some point the group's stuff got moved over to Dreamcatcher Official channel for the Dystopia Trilogy and everything after that. Happyface had other groups and things that were going on over there but I don't know if they still have any other groups or soloists still active, I have not looked over there in a while.

But I am not totally sure about a couple of the stand-alone DC videos that may be on HF between the time of 'Piri' and 'Scream'... Hopefully everything after 'Piri' is on DC Official. My memory is shot and I am about to fall asleep here so I can't even think straight to go look. Sorry. I am 'pretty sure' but not absolutely positive that 'Piri' is the last one...damn my faulty memory... I swear, I am going senile along with my memory going bye-bye...
