@5:46 - Isn't that bed already sagging downwards? The corner of the foam has no support so it's being squished. It's new, right? I was reading an article - these beds in a box seem to really take a huge hit in manufacturing from the compression and cut a lot of corners.

I bought a Dreamcloud Hybrid twin for my 17 year old son. We've been shocked by the lack of support on the top, bottom, and sides of the bed. It does make his bed feel like it's much narrower. Why don't they use better support along the edges especially for twin sized beds?

I just purchased a Dreamcloud original hybrid. After unboxing, I noticed the top cover’s zip isn’t going all the way to the end. Is that common or is that a defect?

@encinosarah Hey, thanks for the insight, and advice. I ended up getting the regular dreamcloud hybrid 12" I think. I've had it for afew weeks now. So far, so good. I still fit around when I sleep- but mostly end up on my sides. Sounds like we are the same with wicked back and body pain lol. It can be brutal. I took a screen shot of the Costco brand you mentioned. Ill keep it in mind incase this one doest work put. Thanks again, and I hope ( if you haven't yet ) that you find that perfect fit. 🤘🤘💚

@@Lantern72 You're welcome and thank you! I will get the Dreamcloud Hybrid too if this Serafina does not work. Pain really sucks, especially when a mattress makes it worse. Ugh. I can keep you posted as to whether the Serafina works, if you want.

@@Lantern72 Is it still working well for you? Is the surface still even? Do you feel it is cooling or relatively cool? My back pain is much, much better with this Serafina but it might be a just a tad warm. Of course, it's been really hot here in Nebraska lately...

@@scarymelody43 Hi. I love the firmness and feel of the Serafina and it seems well made. The issue I have with it is that it sleeps a little warm. So I ordered a Casper Cooling Select Hybrid from Costco, which is $160 off now, to see if it sleeps cooler in the hot weather. I will return one of the mattresses, just not sure which yet. You may want to check out Naplab’s reviews of these mattresses to see how they compare. I like Naplab reviews because they are detailed and Derek there explains why he rates the mattresses the way he rates them. (And the Casper Cooling Select Hybrid is rated higher than the Dreamcloud and Novaform for about the same money. Also, if you have the mattress delivered by Costco, they will pick it up and refund 100% of your money if you don’t like it. Dreamcloud is much more difficult to deal with. I’ll let you know how it goes for me, if you like.
